Son of one of the Four Tribes of Tara in ancient Ireland and heir to a hereditary (albeit forever lost) princedom of that wondrous island, unconventional warrior, and international scholar, Joseph remains a simple dirty-kneed combat soldier with the mind of a philosopher.

In addition, he holds a number of licenses, certificates, registrations, and sundry other qualifications in a variety of professional and avocational fields, usually reaching the highest level of proficiency in each before starting over again in another. This diverse background is reflected in those positions held in the public and private sectors; his elected and appointed government positions; and, those voluntary positions he has held in service to his community and nation.
Joseph is married to the former Donna Cameron of Boston, Massachusetts and Nova Scotia, Canada. Donna is an anesthetist in private practice. Although both consider themselves New Englanders, their primary residence is in Central Florida. They have two adult children and two grandchildren. |
